Watching another of my favorites right now. The African Queen with Hepburn and Bogart. For me, modern movies just don’t measure up to those from the 40s and 50s.

kathyj, I agree. Something I really love about having "cut the cord" is how many streaming channels have movies from the 30s, 40s and 50s that never were shown on cable channels. I'm guessing because these usually aren't in very good quality. That doesn't matter to me. The dialog and stories are so much more captivating.
