Neighbors are getting together for a potluck bbq and pool party on Labor Day. On July 4th, I made macaroni salad and so did half of everyone else who came.
Any ideas for a good potluck dish that doesn't have to be served hot?

What about a broccoli salad? THe one with the sweet dressing, sometimes raisins or the ramen noodles in it?
Always love deviled eggs too but that might be one a lot of people make too? Baked beans?

How about Hawaiian salad? It's made with mini marshmallows, pineapples, mandarin oranges, banana, coconut, whipped cream, and if you add in some sour cream it gives it some tang to offset all of that sweetness.

I also like to do mini potatoes wrapped in bacon and baked
With a nice sour cream and onion dip
I usually make these and they are the first thing to go
Bacon makes everything better 😛
