I agree, Kpatch, it's too hard to narrow down! For me, it's an ever-changing list of music. But, here are my current top ten (not in any particular order) at the time of writing:

Change the World is a great one, and so are the other ones you mentioned.  Another good 90's one I thought of: Love Shoulda Brought You Home by Toni Braxton.
