Good question. I'm thinking just a fantasy because I expect this plot to drag on. Most likely they will try to milk the Gwen pregnancy for awhile but you never know.

I remember when Abigail thought she was pregnant with EJ's baby. There was a really dramatic fantasy sequence where Sami dreams about throwing Abby down the stairs and her miscarrying the baby. I think it lasted an entire episode which is why I remember it. I'm guessing this could be similar except probably not as well done. We'll see...
