Kate wants to know why "Susan" is in her house. "Susan" says she had a premonition, Kate is in danger and has to leave town, etc. Kate says good, as she is leaving... with Jake.
"Susan" insists Jake is the one Kate is in danger from. Kate tells her in no uncertain terms to leave. "Susan" loses her accent and Kate realizes she is Kristen. She pulls the wig off.
Kristen explains how Vivian will expose her blah blah. Kate isn't having it. Just tell Vivian we broke up and she won't know the difference.
Kristen says Kate can't do this to her. Kate says this is not her problem. She turns her back on Kristen and Kristen hits her with a glass.
Later, Jake comes home to find "Susan" trying to drag Kate's body away and asks who the hell she is. (Naturally, he can't see Kate.)

I just know Jake is going to somehow not see Kate unconscious.
Kristen is going to a lot of trouble getting rid of people one by one. Since Chloe is the real problem (in Kristen's mind), why not just eliminate Chloe? Save some time.

Kate should have known better than to turn her back on Kristen when Kristen is in this mood. She should have pretended she was going to keep her secret and then told someone after she left.

Why do people keep turning their back on Kristen? They should know better.
Seriously though, how many people does she think she can take out and still get away with it? It’s beyond ridiculous now.
