At the cop shop, Shawn is gung ho about arresting Jan. Belle shows up and says he can't. She explains the deal. Shawn doesn't like it. He says that Trask doesn't need Belle to make a case against Jan. He's going to arrest her anyway but Belle insists he can't. She can't let her dad go to prison.
Shawn is aggravated. What about the fact that Jan will destroy Belle? What about Claire? Belle is sure Claire knows better than to hang around Jan anymore. She is also sure Rafe will understand why she can't press charges against Jan. Shawn isn't sure. Rafe needs a win especially as he is already in trouble with Trask over not closing Charlie's murder yet.
Rafe shows up ready to question Jan. Shawn says he wasn't able to bring Jan in. Belle says she's got this. She explains. Rafe is aggravated. Belle says not like you guys never looked the other way for family.
Belle is annoyed enough to leave. She puts her coat on. Rafe notices it is missing a button. He shows her the button from the evidence box in Charlie's murder. It's a match.

Belle gets arrested but I have a feeling Belle is being framed for the murder but by who?

Yeah I don't think Belle did it either, although she was angry enough to. I doubt she's the murderer.
