Paulina arrives at Eli and Lani's in a panic. Chanel didn't come home last night. Lani calls Theo to see if she is with him. Theo has not seen her since yesterday. Eli remembers seeing her in the square. He has surveillance tapes viewed and finds that she went into the Salem Inn with a man.

Xander wakes up after a night of drinking to find Chanel in his bed. Xander has no memory of the previous night. He gets up to take a shower and discovers he is wearing his kilt. Chanel reveals that he gave her Sarah's engagement ring. Xander tells her to keep the ring. She can sell it for a lot of money. Chanel would never sell the ring. He was so cute when he got down on one knee and gave it to her. She goes on to tell him that they got married last night. He tossed around a lot of cash to get the license for their revenge wedding. Xander tells her they have to undo whatever they did.

There is a knock at the door. Xander opens to find Paulina and Eli.

Please don't let Paulina hit Xander. If anyone gets hit, it should be Chanel. I don't believe a word she says. I think she used Xander's cash to set up this whole thing, new clothes included. I don't believe they are really married. I can't wait for Xander to tell Chanel he's unemployed.

I thought Allie was bad when she arrived in Salem
I hate that the writers just threw Xander under the bus like this
I never expected to ever like Xander as a character but he really grew on me mostly when he was starting to fall for Sarah and the build up of their relationship etc
I hate that the actress left and they did her exit this way

IF the marriage really happened, which I'm doubtful of, Xander should be able to get it annulled immediately. Ugh!

Who in their right mind would actually perform a marriage ceremony for someone that drunk? I'm suspicious that it actually happened.
