Ava has the crazy idea that Rafe should just drop the investigation into Charlie's death. Rafe refused. Nicole tries to convince Ava to tell Rafe about seeing Tripp at Charlie's apartment. She tells Ava not to throw her life away. Ava tells her that Tripp is her life. She wants Nicole to promise that she will not jeopardize Tripp's freedom. She threatens to confess to the murder if Nicole does not promise to keep quiet. Nicole promises.

Allie arrives home. She is upset that her grandmother and Philip were discussing the murder at dinner. She is afraid that Tripp may have done it. He admitted going to Charlie's apartment. Allie is not going to Rafe unless she has all the facts. Nicole urges her to talk to Tripp and find out the truth. Allie doesn't want to ruin Tripp's life. She falsely accused him once before. Nicole tells her that the truth will come out. It will be better for Tripp if he comes clean.

Um. Hey. Tripp did not say he killed Charlie, just that he was one of the 26 other people who went to his apartment that night. Nicole is always way too quick to judge.

Hey now, Nicole did not say for Allie to go to the police and tell them that Tripp did it, she only suggested to Allie to talk to Tripp and find out what happened. IF Tripp did it, then she said it would be better if TRIPP went to the police. There is no reason to suggest slapping my girl. Allie came to Nicole for advice and Nicole helped her.
