Tripp needs to tell Allie something about Charlie. He went to Charlie’s apartment the night he was killed. They are interrupted by the arrival of Sami. “Guess who’s off the hook,” she says. Allie and Sami hug. They are both happy.
Sami finally notices Tripp. Allie introduces them, and Sami is cordial. She is sorry what he went through being falsely accused. Sami is a little flustered to see they are friendly. She says she’s not really sorry about what happened to his brother. Tripp understands. Charlie’s gone and can’t hurt anyone ever again.
Allie tells Sami that Henry is very attached to Tripp. Sami’s glad because Henry will need strong male role models. She goes to see Henry.
Allie asks Tripp if he killed Charlie. Sami comes back holding Henry before Tripp can answer. Tripp leaves.
