While Belle and Shawn are talking about Jan awakening, Jan's eyes open and she meets Dr. Snyder, her doctor. She asks where she is.
Outside, Shawn can't wait to arrest Jan. He and Belle discuss the whole incident. Belle can't believe that she let Jan into her hotel room. Jan had said she had a wedding gift and Belle believed her. Shawn says nothing like a gun for your wedding. He married Jan because he didn't know if Belle was safe. But now he's eager to arrest Jan.
Dr. Snyder comes out. Jan is awake and alert and making remarkable progress. Shawn says he needs to see Jan on police business. Snyder says just don't tire her out and goes.
In Jan's room, Jan acts like she doesn't remember anything that happened and that she thinks that Belle and Shawn are her friends here to show her wedding pictures. Jan says did Claire bring Charlie to the wedding? She matchmade them and thought they were a cute couple.
Belle loses it. What are you trying to pull, Jan? At first Jan denies remembering anything, then admits she does. She says she also remembers John strangling her so if Shawn arrests her, she's pressing charges against John for attempted murder.
