Now comes word that the character will have a daughter named Chanel, and actress Precious Way will be tackling the role. Way’s credits include a co-starring role opposite rap legend MC Lyte in Partners in Rhyme, an upcoming sitcom on AMC Networks’ streamer UMC. She’s also a successful rapper, who is best known for her single Watch Me Go. Look for the mother-daughter duo to arrive in Salem, next month. Victoria Platt has wrapped up her run as baby-snatching doctor, Amanda Raynor. She made her final appearance on February 3.
