Unfortunately no plans here
We are on total lock down which just got extended until the 5th of March and we were told it could get extended again
So nothing is open and we can go further than 2 km
I ordered something for my husband that was meant to come yesterday and got a confirmation email saying it would it never came
If it doesn’t come today I’ll ring them up and see what the story is

I plan to ignore the day and enjoy having a 3 day weekend for President's Day.

Well, is the Daytona 500 considered a Valentine's Day plan? My husband and I are racing fans so our biggest decision for Valentine's Day this year is from where to order our buffalo wings.
Funny story about this Valentine's Day. For Christmas, I had ordered my daughter a Snoopy watch. It was one of the first gifts to arrive and I remember thinking that I needed a good place to hide it so she couldn't find it. But when it came time to wrap the presents for under the tree, I couldn't remember where that hiding place was. I went crazy looking for it, tore apart every closet in the apartment (there's only 3) and couldn't find it anywhere. I even went through the trash wondering if I accidentally threw it out with some wrapping paper.
So it never turned up for Christmas. Two weeks after the holiday, I open a closet I'd gone through multiple times and saw a plastic bag on an upper shelf. I open it and there's the watch. It's crazy that I hadn't seen it before but there is an upside. I can't drive since my hip surgery, or get out much at all because of the ice and snow, but I now have a Valentine's present for her! The watch even has a little heart on it. It's perfect!  |

Great story ProudTVJunkie! Ron brought me a beautiful bunch of tulips for Valentine's Day. He will be making us a special dinner and we will exchange gifts. |

Hope everyone has a wonderful Valentines Day! They predict a ton of snow here in Oklahoma tonight and more snow next week on top of that, ugh. I'm not looking forward to it but as long as the power doesn't go out it won't be so bad. Crossing my fingers.

It's weird, sometimes I will look in the same place for something multiple times and then I look one more time and there it is. Funny how that can happen. |

I really don't have any plans, and I'm fine with that. In a sense, my plans happened earlier in the week. And those plans would be doing Valentine's Day shows on both of my radio programs. Well any outdoor plans are off due to the weather. We don't exchange gifts, but I made a special breakfast & making a special dessert later today. Hubby is making a special dinner. Then we are getting ready for our weather. Just hope we don't lose power.
