I agree with Christine about soap characters being with their kids. First of all we don't actually see a soap characters whole life. We only see part of it. Watching a parent take their child to school, then waiting to pick them up, then talking to them about how was school etc would be extremely boring on a soap. So I do believe that Gabi spends plenty of time with her daughter, you just don't see it. That is why it cracks me up when people say that.

I am not happy about Philip returning as I have a bad feeling he is really going to disappoint me.

I think that soap characters and kids are typically offscreen for the most part but in gabis case she just doesn’t spend time with her
She’s either in jail or working on her next scheme that could potentially send her back to jail
Not to mention her role with dimera takes up a lot of time
There was mention before with Ari being bullied because her parents were jail birds
I think a fresh start might be what’s best for her and if gabi was half the decent mother she thinks she is she would at least consider the benefit of them taking her
And ari is also their child so it could turn ugly
Ari has resented her once before and trying to keep her from her daddy’s could have the same result
I think a family meeting should have happened and that aris feelings should have been considered
I hope she goes with Will and sonny in the end
