I think even at one time Victor had commented on the great job Xander was doing at Titan, which make this firing even more stupid. Brady had already disowned Victor for the umpteenth time and I wouldn't trust him anymore at this point. All it does is hurt Xander and Xander has only been loyal.

Xander deserves Victor's loyalty way more than Brady. Brady has never been very loyal to Victor except when it suits him. I am hoping that Victor tells Xander why he's firing him and that it's just a ruse.
