I completely agree about way too much sci fi nonsense. It has taken over too much of the show. I want to see love stories and family relationships not sci fi stories.

I like a little sci fi stuff but not this much. And there were too many scenes that were unrealistic. Although I do think some of the writing has been more creative lately, I wish they would make some of the stories more believable. And Ciara should have consequences for her actions.

The Microchip stuff is definitely sci-fi nonsense, but not the Ciara stuff. It was just soapiness stuff, just done a bit sloppy though.

Great round table, guys!
Even though Stephen Nichols is doing an outstanding job playing Stefano, the story is dumb and unbearable. Billy Flynn is unconvincing acting like he's being controlled.
Ciara should definitely face consequences for her out-of-control behavior. She acted as though murder and mayhem is a reasonable excuse to save her boyfriend.
I can't stand Nicole. She is not being an investigator. She is being nosy. Back off.
I do see some similarities between Gabi and a young Julie. But Julie was mischievous and scheming. She never approached the level of murder or attempted murder that Gabi has.
All these people are so willing to resort to violence and criminal activities because life's not fair. Nice role models.
