According to Jason47, Chloe is returning to Salem. Nadia Bjorlin will start filming in March.
Chloe was last seen on the Last Blast DOOL App series, about to go on a date with Philip. I am hoping Philip follows her to Salem and the dating continues!

So much yes. But I'm worried about her role and what they will have her do. They were hinting at a Phloe reunion on the app and there is no word of what Jay's plans are.

Jkj seemed hopeful, when he talked of his possible return to the show in dec, only if he changed his mind after,and I wondered why at that time, if he was just interested in doing the app alone, why he would have an interview talking about all of that info. I hope I'm surprised by days and hear of his return soon. Phloe/shelle returning is what the show needs.
