We are hosting a Christmas Eve party. Christmas Day will be just us by choice. The day after Christmas we are having friends over for breakfast. The weekend after, we are invited to a party at a neighbor's house.

Nothing big planned with the way Christmas ended up divided between my house and the ex's. We will do presents and breakfast Christmas morning, then they have the rest of the day with him. There's a Christmas hunt going on so I have a feeling my kids may be on the deer stand the rest of this week. LOL.

Quiet Christmas for me. I hope everyone has a happy holiday. I've written this Days poem in light of the season, it's pretty silly.
A DOOL Christmas Poem
Ornaments were merrily hung
on the Horton Christmas tree
they gleamed so very bright
for everyone to see.
Eve is out of prison
she was cranky to Jen & Jack
it was a merry Christmas Eve for Eve
but will she ever be back?
Hattie's also released
she's happy to be free
she knocks on Marlena's door
she'll say, "hey it's me"!!
I'm glad to see JJ
all up and about
the Deveraux bunch together
that's good without a doubt.
But Julie still thinks
that Gabi is a saint
what on earth will happen
when she finds out that she ain't?
Victor had a headache
he missed all the cheer
but that's okay
there is always next year.
Xander longed for Sarah
he couldn't keep away
he wanted to be with her
on Christmas Day.
For now things are nice
let's enjoy these times
soon there will be chaos
and I'm all out of rhymes.
