For the past few weeks Lauren Koslow has been posting videos on Instagram of Kate and her family, including Philip. A few days ago a fan asked what Jay’s been up to and she said “acting....stay tuned”. This caused so much speculation on twitter that he might be back on the show. Yesterday, she posted a picture with Jay and said they were catching up and to watch for his interview on the DoolApp with John Aniston. Then she quickly deleted the photo, but this has really sent the rumors into overdrive. It really seems like he might finally be back at Days and I am so excited! All I need now is Nadia to return and to finally have my Phloe.  |

Oh I hope it's true, but I'm not holding my breath.
and it scares me on what they will do to our beloved Philip. The writers have completely changed Sonny and bore me to tears on other characters. If JKJ does return, I can only hope they do Philip's story justice.

I too am afraid to get my hopes up. Although … Lauren also posted a scene of her and Philip from probably 10 years ago. I have to wonder if that's a coincidence or Lauren really is dropping hints.
In that photo, they both look young and really great. Photo filters?

No Phloe! Not a fan, but I do want Chloe back but for Brady so she can save him from Kristen. Maybe she was posting all this to try & convince him to come back.

I get Google alerts on Jay and a whole bunch of them came today. I sure do hope it turns out to be true. I would have to start watching Days again.

It's so great to see jkj again in public😍😘 esp since he has been hiding away so much for such a long time.Looking forward to his interview on the dool app, I have so many questions that I want answered lol. What I don't get is, if he's just back for the dool app, why did Lk take down that video so hurriedly, like what's the big deal? Wouldn't she want it to be advertised as much as possible? It would be so cool to see the entire last blast gang back again interacting, it would be cool if he was a guest at day of days too.

It would actually make sense for Philip to be back running Titan after the time jump, especially since Victor and Kate have talked so much about him, and Victor has been struggling with who to put at the helm.
Jay left Days in April 2011 — 8+ years ago. I was starting to lose hope, but now hope floats again.

They spoke about him in april/may profoundly with vctor thinking about his son, but since then their have been many instances where his name should have been mentioned but wasn't at all.

Here's another speculation. 2020 would be the 20th high school reunion for the Last Blast teens. With Brandon returning (Shawn) and possibly Martha (Belle) — albeit not the original portrayers — it would be logical for Philip to return to Salem, even for a brief stint.
Remember when I said I wasn't going to get my hopes up? Well, that ship has sailed.

I would be livid if he comes back and they don't bring back Nadia. On one hand I would love to bring Jay back. He's my Philip and the character I think is needed on the show. I would also love Phloe to have a real chance. Something that they haven't been given as adults. We'll see, with the budget cuts I don't know if RC would bring him in for anything other then a short visit.

Plus Ron can be a big tease. They had Chloe being good friends with Rex, exciting us Broe fans. I was hoping they would pair them together or maybe have them leave the show together. But none of that happened.

Yep I mean look at how many other returns this show has botched in recent years not really sure this would be different unless its short term and he leaves real quickly. |

I just saw this news. I hate to get my hopes up too but there they are, way up high. I was thinking that he looks virtually the same in that photo as well so maybe it is old.
With all the rumored changes, time jumps, etc. it seems like some big casting changes could be expected as well. A 20th high school reunion would be a great time for Phillip and Chloe to reunite.
I may definitely have to start watching again, at least until we figure out if this is truth or rumor.

Yes I'm so happy Jay could be returning. I never really gave up hope and I really hope they don't get shattered again. It feels like a dream come true to have him return, but I want Days to make it a reality. Is there anyway we can influence their decision? I'm on social media and this message board helps. I just feel like we could do more. Or should we just wait it out?
