I'm so glad you posted another chapter. I love the reasons why Philip loves Chloe and I'm happy he DIDN'T include her beauty on the outside but her beauty on the inside. Every woman needs to hear that from her man! Little Parker is too cute I forgot to mention this but last chapter that line he said about becoming gay wayyy too funny and adult for a one year old to say! I also like what he says about Chloe not being modest. I love how fed up Philip is getting he's a lot like me right now. Chloe you either love him or you don't, you'll be with him or you won't! CHOOSE CHLOE CHOOSE! I can't wait to read the next chapter!

Ugh! I know Chloe is insecure and afraid of getting hurt but my gosh, what more does the girl want from Phillip?!? He's putting himself out there and being completely honest, not to mention saying pretty much all the right things! I feel for Phillip right now. Poor guy.
I would think Chloe would hurt just as bad ifshe really loves him and didn't let herself be with him.

I agree with phloefansince2000 that it was awesome that Philip complimented Chloe on how beautiful she is on the inside, not just on the outside. That was really sweet! Also, Parker is just adorable! I love that we get to read his thoughts!

It's not all bad to log in late today and find 2 chapters! Thanks Kpatch! I liked Philip being honest that the guys from Chloe's past that bothered him were Brady, Lucas and Daniel. That's understandable considering it broke his heart when she chose Brady over him. And how could he not be bothered by Chloe marrying his brother. I loved it that he said her beauty is more a fringe benefit... it's not why he loves her. I know that Daniel and Lucas would have definitely put that in the top 2 reasons they loved her.
I wonder if the note Chloe found awhile back in Philip's desk will be mentioned again. It doesn't seem like something Kpatch would put in her story and never mention again.
I loved Philip saying that he was more scared of them not being together. I hope Chloe comes to some realizations while she's getting the fresh air.

CHICAGO, SUNDAY AFTERNOON
Chloe took her iPod and put her ear buds in her ears as she waited for the elevator. As she rode the elevator to the lobby level, Chloe heard a song she never downloaded. She walked outside into the street and dialed in the next track and it was the same song. As she walked down the street, she figured something went haywire when the iPod got wet at the beach, so she hit the shuffle mode and the same song came on again. In fact, it was on every track of her iPod. So she gave up and let the song play all the way through.
As she rounded the corner, she remembered when an angel-faced 16 year old boy sang that song using a karaoke machine. She turned and looked back toward the 19th floor of the apartment building and smiled, realizing that Philip is the one who programmed the song to play on her iPod.

I often substitute kpatch's history for the shows. Her's is always better, and if it didn't actually happen onscreen, it probably happened offscreen. |
