Soaps She KnowsTionne T-BOZ Watkins will once again exit Days of our Lives on Thursday May 2 when Sheila quits her job and leaves Salem. The singer turned actress first appeared in the role on November 30, 2016. Though she exited the NBC soap opera in January 2017, Tionne Watkins returned to Days of our Lives in September 2018 and has been a thorn in Abe’s (James Reynolds) side for the most part until Abe hired Sheila as his assistant and the two began to bond. As of yet, there is no word if or when she’ll return since Tionne T-BOZ Watkins joined Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta.

I like Sheila but honestly I'm ok with her being gone they didn't seem to know what to do with her anyways. Plus T-Boz is better off with a reality show than Days.
More exposure and has a better shot of lasting.

I have mixed feelings about her departure. I liked her a lot except when the show tried to force an attraction between her and Abe. That was unnecessary.

I liked Sheila but she didn't seem like a long-term character anyway. I wish her luck on the reality show.
