OLTL fan fave alum Brynn Thayer (ex-Jenny) will make a quick appearance on DAYS — as Susan Banks! EJ's mom, last played (famously) by Eileen Davidson in 1998, will factor into the mystery surrounding Alice. She will air on Wednesday, December 7. |

It isn't gonna be the same. I don't think anyone can replicate what Eileen did. I am not excited about EJ having ties to the Hortons.

Oh please. Is James Scott blackmailing TPTB or something? I cam respect James Scott as much as the next person, but I swear they are building the entire show around him. If EJ turns out to be Maggie and Stephano's kid or a Horton at all for that matter, I will be done completely with this show.

I don't really like what this implies about the Stefano/Alice mystery, but I'm really curious to see how another actress tackles Susan and what kind of tone these writers take with her. And I'm glad they're really, finally addressing her existence!

Very possible! I seriously don't think she had even been mentioned as a specific person for the entirety of EJ's run.

I don't think so either Mikey. I think she left Salem and was never mentioned again until Halloween this year.
