from daytime royalty daytimeroyaltyonline.com/topic/8607229/1/SID: The Verdict Is In!; 12/5 Issue The Verdict Is In!While most families are busy baking pies and basting turkeys this week, the Blacks will remain focused on John's nasty embezzlement charge. Carrie does her best to deliver a strong case for leniency at his sentencing, but John's insistence on pleading guilty and his refusal to speak on his own behalf ties her hands. Is faster sentencing really the solution for his family's need for safety? And how soon will John find out that not only is he completely innocent, his nemesis (this time!) is not Stefano but rather EJ? "All my focus is on Stefano. I believe he's the one behind this, and I will deal with him. That bill will come due, and it will become between Stefano and me," offers Drake Hogestyn, speaking in character as John. "I don't know that EJ could do something like that. He's more of a mouthpiece for Stefano, so I take EJ with a grain of salt." However, John might regret his act of selflessness when the judge throws the book at him. Will Marlena spend the rest of her life loving a man behind bars? And will a DiMera get away with another devious plan? "Tens of thousands of people have invested in Basic Black, which is a conglomerate that has multiple tentacles and different fields, and all of those stocks crashed and burned because they were manipulated," Hogestyn notes. "Yeah, someone is going to pay. Someone is going to pay!" Guess EJ shouldn't get too confident, because secrets have a way of coming out, especially during an election. Should Salem viewers hold out hope for their beloved John's freedom? "Yeah, because some other pieces of evidence come to light, and things aren't exactly what they seem," Hogestyn teases. "The resolution right now is to try to find out who did this and get his rear out of jail."

Thanks Karebr. Will the DiMera's actually get busted for once? I doubt it. They would probably find a way to pin it on some poor fool.

The Dimeras get busted? It'll never happen. If they do,there's really no point to them.I'm not really surprised by any of this though.
