Soaps She KnowsKate Mansi’s short reprisal of Abigail Deveraux is coming to an end. As Soaps.com previously reported, Mansi’s return to Days of our Lives was always meant to be a short stint. She stepped back into the role to wrap up the character’s arc on November 29, 2018 after Marci Miller ended her portrayal of the oft damsel in distress. Mansi and Abigail will last be seen in Salem on Thursday February 21, the same day her onscreen love interest Chad DiMera, played by Billy Flynn, also exits Days.

But.. According to her own Twitter its not the last time we will see in her in the role and it has been reported she was back on set recently shooting again. When asked if it was for the final this month, it was reported this months final was filmed a long time ago.

I've actually really enjoyed her return, but I'm more than ready for a break from the Chad/Abigail drama. Time to move on.
