NBC's Days of Our Lives twitter accounted tweeted this...and if you click on it and read the comments, the fans seem to be having none of it.

I'm kind of glad to see the fans reacting this way because it seems like the writers need to be pushed to do the right thing and give the fans what they want. Silly storylines like Eric and Sarah aren't helping the show keep viewers. And I agree with what you said ProudTVJunkie on twitter about Sarah having more chemistry with Xander than with Eric or Rex. |

I agree Sarah has no chemistry with Eric but I didn't see any with Xander either. All I saw was them trying to recreate Sami/EJ with Xander in EJ's role and an extremely poor imitation of Sami in Sarah's screeching behavior.
Sarah is the problem with this entire storyline. Xander is the most mature of these three guys. Rex is a stalker and Eric's only redeeming quality in this is in not sleeping with Sarah, while Sarah does nothing but whine and throw tantrums.

Sarah is quite annoying, actually I wish they could take her, Trask and Haley off the show and I wouldn't miss them. Haley is ok, I just feel meh about her, Trask is awful, and as for Sarah I wouldn't care if she left tomorrow, although I did like her and Maggie's scene today. I wish they would bring more of the beloved characters back, they are the ones people truly want to see. |

soaps4ever When they first announced Sarah was coming back I was so excited! She's a legacy character who hasn't been seen in years. But I'm sooo disappointed in what they've done with her and I am ready for her to go.

I didn't look at this tweet but they also tweeted out something about her revealing a secret to Rex and I did read the comments on that one and it was a lot of what you describe. A bunch of people saying they hate the storyline or are not interested in it and the characters. I think they correctly stated that most of the s/l between Sarah and Rex took place off screen and now we're supposed to care about these characters we mostly don't know in a s/l we didn't see play out. There were also quite a few comments unhappy that Sarah was staying while the show is getting rid of Chloe . I totally agree with that. |

But I'm sooo disappointed in what they've done with her and I am ready for her to go. I haven't enjoyed Sarah at all, but I think she's redeemable. I'd like to see her stop acting like an obnoxious teenager who thinks the world revolves around her. I think Xander could bring some fun to Sarah and Sarah could give Xander a reason to be a better person.
That's what I hope to see. What we'll actually see is anyone's guess.

So far there are 136 comments on this tweet. Only one of them is even mildly positive, everyone else hates this pairing, thinks the characters are annoying, and/or says they fast forward through their scenes. |

What I don’t understand is why they’re even bothering with Eric and Sarah since... Nicole is coming back and they’ve already drilled home that she’s the love of Eric’s life. If anything happens between him and Sarah he’ll drop her in a hot minute for Nicole. . So this all just seems like filler to me. Why would anyone get invested even if they did have chemistry? |

It's all been so played out with Eric. Eric vs Brady over a woman for how many years? Now they are starting up with Rex. Bring Nicole back and let her and Eric play it out for once.
