There was a rumor that Stacy was coming back, along with Alison Sweeney and Brian. Alison and Brian are confirmed short term, as for Stacy not really sure. I think now that we know Nadia is leaving, and Stefan is gone. Kristen might be coming back as the big bad.

I love Susan, but I can't stand Kristen, but I'm sure it is Kristen coming back. Ugh.

It makes sense that Kristen would return because she would still continue with her work on the Nashville patients who were in that facility since Xander was helping her out so it would make sense if Kristen has Nicole
