I mean surely Stefano's father Santo DiMera who will ever remember Santo. He was in love with Colleen Brady, Shawn's sister. However, Stefano's father Santo we all know he and Colleen had a child. A boy who we thought was John turned out not to be and that baby boy died. However, Stefano's father Santo was with Stefano's mother an Italian woman back in Italy. Santo stayed with his wife but he wasn't as in love with her as he was with Colleen but if he had Stefano with his wife then I wonder if Santo and his wife had any other children besides Stefano? If they did then Stefano could have brothers or sisters out there who could easily come in as characters on this show.

At some point, I forget if it was when he was first introduced or later, Stefano mentioned that he was the seventh son of a seventh son. So yes, Stefano has six older brothers. We don't know if he has any sisters at all, or younger brothers.

If he has 6 older brothers then if Stefano is the 7th son then wouldn't that make him the youngest out of 7 boys? If that is the case then that means any of Stefano's brothers could claim DiMera Enterprises for themselves.

I doubt that any of his relatives are alive. For Stefano to be the sole owner of Dimera means that there had to be an ugly war for control. I doubt his siblings are in any position to contest for the CEO position.

If he has any living siblings most likely they would be younger. If there is anyone out there wanting to come in and take over Dimera you'd think the perfect time would have been after Andre's death.

Not really tho if stefano is the youngest of 7 it would be hard to believe any of the others would be alive
Assuming there is just 7
I don’t think stefan would have been a good sibling or dimera in anyway
I’d believe him as Vivian’s son with a random father that we don’t know offscreen which is where he belongs
He’s just not dimera material

Now Stefano having a sister instead of a brother would definitely make things interesting to say the least. Imagine a sister of Stefano and she could become the matriarch of the DiMera family.

Days' official origin for Stefano's vendetta against the Bradys never made sense to me. Previously it was implied that Shawn Brady did something that caused (in some way) the deaths of many DiMeras.
The thing about him being "the seventh son of a seventh son", means more than just him having six older brothers. It also means that he had at least six uncles. It always seemed like Stefano founded his own company. That he meant it for himself, & his children, grandchildren, etc. His siblings, cousins, nieces, nephews, etc. might have no legal claim on his legacy.
Granted that Stefano's siblings & aunts/uncles are most likely all dead by now. It would be nice to meet his cousins, nieces, nephews, etc..

If they had made Stefan a nephew of Stefano making him Chad's cousin...that would have made more sense with Stefano being Stefan's uncle you could have had more story and branch more into the DiMeras as a whole
