Well, my fave Cubbies are out of it. I won't whine or make excuses. Baseball is my favorite sport and I'll always find a reason to watch it for as long as it's on. This year that reason is going to be the Houston Astros, for extended family sake. When the Astros were in the NL we and our cousins used to pay-off on the wins over the season. Tons of fun! Funny that it worked out pretty evenly over the years. But then the Astros moved to the AL and our game ended. Oh well, but the upside is now I have a reason to keep interested in the postseason!
I'll do my best to keep on top of this but I'm going to be traveling in a few weeks and that usually means limited television access.

C'mon Astros!
Brewers just knocked out the Rockies. Boo. I don't want the Brewers in the WS.
And I'll NEVER root for the Dodgers so I need to start cheering on the Braves too!
