Just realized the last I saw was Kate taking a gun out of the suitcase and pointing it at him. Did she kill him? I must have missed what happened..

We never saw him again. Recently Stefan and Kate talked about how she had no bullets in the gun and Stefan's goons kidnapped him but he's alive somewhere.
