Today is Lauren's birthday. MyHourlass has wished her Happy B-Day on Twitter and just want to let her other fans know in case they would like to do the same. It might also be fun to use this thread as a tribute to Lauren/Kate and share additional pictures or favorite scenes, etc.

And because Kate Roberts may hate the idea of Lucas and Sami together but Lauren Koslow is a Lumi fan (and so am I) I put together a little montage of two of my favorite scenes of Kate with Lumi in honor of the lovely and talented Lauren Koslow on her birthday ... And as a bonus - Lucas in a towel!

He actually lays into both of them pretty good as that scene continues but since this is about Lauren/Kate, I left it out ... and I have to say as much as I do love the real Sami (and she was definitely the real Sami back then), she is a total mega brat in those scenes ... even going so far as crossing her fingers behind her back when he finally gets the two of them to shake on a truce ... which I'm sure didn't survive a full Salem day  |

These were great.
My all time favorite Kate and Lucas scenes were when he finally realizes that she's sort of played her hand in convincing Sami to marry EJ. Lucas has had enough and he tells her he's changing his name to Horton. The scenes in the car between these two are AMAZING. Lauren and Bryan rocked, they have such natural mother/son chemistry it's mindblowing how good these scenes really are. Lucas is heartbroken, but he finally stands up to Kate.....
