We're going to a parade in the morning. In the evening we're going to a baseball game where we will see the city fireworks.

That sounds like fun fluffysmom , enjoy! There'll be pool time. In the evening we're going out to dinner with friends. I can usually watch fireworks in several directions from my backyard. |

It is too hot for me to be around crowds today so we are staying home. I have snacks, hotdogs and macaroni salad for an indoor picnic. I plan on watching the NYC fireworks on TV.

Is it a rainout here. They will still have the town fireworks but no cookout for us. BOO! Hope everyone else has a great day!

Sorry about the rainy day sportsgirl. We went to a 4th of July parade this morning. Seeing the veterans, first responders, and assorted local groups along with the patriotic music got me into a celebratory spirit. We had hot dogs afterwards with friends. Tonight we're going to cheer on our local baseball team then watch the city fireworks from the stadium. Hopefully it will be cooler on the riverfront at the stadium. |

Watching A Capitol Fourth. Amazing performances. The orchestra just performed an instrumental medley of songs from my all-time favorite musical - West Side Story. Now Pentatonix is doing Why Don't You Just Meet Me in the Middle. Fantastic!

We had Canada day on the 1st Another year for me spent in another country but it was alright We visited our friends in county Kildare over the weekend and tho he’s irish she’s actually Canadian Him and my husband met in Canada as they moved there roughly the same time and worked together One point lived together and he met his mrs shortly after Paul and I met She’s also a hairstylist as well They even moved back to Ireland a month after us lol We had a nice BBQ and I dressed my little frank in Canada day gear for the day Hope you all enjoyed your celebrations  |
