I guess it's Gabi's hearing. But I wonder why Lani is being questioned on the witness stand about her personal life. Hmmm. I wish JJ wouldn't do the typical male thing and punch Eli. Trite and cheesy. I'd like him to have a deeper reaction. But … I'm thrilled the lie is about to be exposed! Thanks wendylou! |

I imagine Justin and Gabi are going to claim that Lani has a vendetta or personal grudge against Gabi or something and framed her or planted the evidence and will use the fact that Lani slept with Eli and maybe even JJ when he was dating Gabi to illustrate this. Justin and Gabi may be trying to get a mistrial or create doubt. |

That would be an interesting twist, wendylou, and I do hope it goes that way! However, I get the sense that this is some bad dream Lani is having. It seems weird that her love life would come up while she is on the witness stand. The only way it would make sense for her to be asked about it would be if something like what you are suggesting happens. |
