What are your plans for the holiday you celebrate this month? We didn't put up a live tree this year, but I've got a 16-inch mercury glass tree that's really pretty and all the other traditional Christmas decorations and plenty of presents by the tree. |

We have our tree decorated and other Christmas decorations around the house. The girls have mini Christmas trees in their bedrooms.

We put up a tree only to have to take it down before Christmas
We are doing some renovations in out sitting room and my husband is doing a full ceiling to floor, wall to wall tear down
We have limited time to finish the job for insurance purposes so it has to be done
And we can’t leave it anyways because our house is nearly 300 years old and the stone walls were not slabbed and insulated correctly this causing serious dampness coming through
So our Christmas will be at my mother in laws with the hope that my father in law will be home and not in hospital

We just have a foot tall fiber optic tree.. No gifts though. They have already been given out. The grandkids get sent from the website.
My husband though went a little crazy with outside lights. He seemed to really enjoy making it look nice.
