from daytime royalty daytimeroyaltyonline.com/topic/8583806/1/SOD: Maggie Says Yes!; 10/11 Issue After John's arrest, Maggie is so focused on supporting her friends and family that she puts Victor's proposal on the back-burner - with his blessing. "Victor understands that it wasn't the right time for the proposal," shares Suzanne Rogers (Maggie). "With the upheaval that has happened, Maggie needs to be with her family. So, Victor steps back and lets her do what she has to do." Maggie doesn't even mention the fact that Victor popped the question. "She's put it aside," observes Rogers. "Maggie has been in a family that she has dearly loved and cherished. That doesn't go away just because you happen to fall in love with somebody else. The will remain close to Maggie for the rest of her life." When things calm down, Victor mentions to Maggie that she hasn't given him an answer. "Nothing is rushed," Rogers points out. "Here is this lovely woman who has been married to a man that she deeply loved. Victor is one of the wealthiest men in town. He's a strong, powerful man. So for these two people to come together, there has been a lot of soul searching on both their parts." To Victor's delight, Maggie accepts his proposal.

I'm looking forward to it too. I wonder if they'll make it to the altar. I cannot imagine her living in the mansion full time. It's not her style, so it should be interesting. Thanks so much karebr!
