Dan should be scared because in the end he is going to lose her unfortunately. Not that the a$$ that is Jack deserves her.

I'm guessing the divorce is to shield her from further prosecution. I doubt it's because he doesn't love her anymore. Dan is scared he's going to lose Jenn? Uh, ya think?!? I also think it's b/c they can't go after Marlena (or her money) while he's in jail and they're divorced. Though, it'd be fun to see Marlena working at the diner that Kate had to when she fell from grace after Victor.
