Jack Deveraux Sr may be back!
Not sure exactly where this originated from but there is a screen cap floating around social media from a cast event the other day that shows Matthew Ashford on the monitor with Casey Moss (JJ). No official confirmation from the show yet but Jason47 and other fairly reliable spoiler sources have mentioned it. If Jack returns the scenes would probably air around Christmas or New Years as that is what they are filming now.

Jack has always been a favorite of mine. I hope the new writing team does right by him, doesn't make him a cartoon character, and doesn't kill him off AGAIN. It will be fun to see him rebuild his relationship with his children, and finally get some bonafide Jack/JJ scenes! It would be interesting to hear them discuss the Kayla situation that JJ was so disturbed by. Would love to see Steve and Jack reconnect as well. Thanks heroicmuse ! |

Jack has never been a favorite of mine. Always thought he was a buffoon, but certainly not on my oh no list! I want Jenn to be with Eric instead. Besides what excuse would they have him say as to why he hasn't come forward until then? Amnesia?

But JJ suffered SO much when Jack "died" (assuming he's coming back in the flesh and not for some more dream sequences.) that it seems like unless there is a REALLY good reason that was just cruel. And I really hope it's not going to be another kidnapped by a bad guy story because both Jack and Bo have had those in recent years. |

I LOVED Jack and Jack and Jen but I didn't feel it the last few times he returned so I'm not excited yet. I'm also sick of seeing people return from the dead. Won't this be like Jack's second return from the dead? On top of all that, I really liked Jen and Eric. |

Yes and it's always one excuse after another the last one (when alive) leading to his PTSD and his book. I would be ok with Matt Ashford coming back but please, as a ghost again. He visited Jennifer when she was doing the drugs. If Daniel could be a ghost, he can continue to be one too.

I LOVE Jack... But if I were Matt Ashford, I would never answer another phone call from NBC again. Every time they bring him back, they kill him off yet again a short time later.
