After he loses Nicole later this year, will Brady finally wonder what the heck happened to Theresa on Days of Our Lives? So far, it seems he’s forgotten she exists.

When Soap Hub caught up with Eric Martsolf, Theresa returning to Salem inevitably came up.

After all, since Arianne Zucker (Nicole) has already announced that she’s leaving the show, it’s obvious that Brady will have his heart broken again. Who better to mend it than a recently returned Theresa?

Of course, the actress who made her so popular, Jen Lilley, has been making movie after movie during her time away from Salem. Would the audience – and the actor – accept a new actress in the role?

“I don’t know how you recast Jen Lilley,” answered Martsolf. He goes on to describe what makes her so special in the video below. He then makes a desperate plea to the actress to return and explains how Brady could make it happen.

I would love to see Theresa return and I'd be open to a recast as long as she's as good an actress as Lilley.

Ok so I just read more about this on celeb dirty laundry
Apparently Jen said yes she would come back for him and they could be writing Theresa in as early as January 2018
The writers were for the idea to boost rating of the show
I really hope it's true
And if it is I hope they give Theresa her edge back and remember that victor approved of her in the end

I would LOVE for this to happen and I hope it does. I guess Brady will have to be alone for a while if Nicole is already gone and this hasn't happened. I really hope the new writer does the return justice if Theresa returns. I just love the idea of Brady thinking she abandoned him and Tate but then finding out it was to protect them.

The writers did absolutely nothing to make me like Theresa the first go round so her return does little for me. I wasn't a fan of the actress either but will say she's much better than the teens.

I'm not surprised they'd want her back, I've read before that she was the life of the set and got along with everyone
The cast loved working with her
It's funny cuz reading that actually warmed me up to her character a bit

It's pretty easy to post a tweet. You just click on the drop down arrow in the upper right corner of the tweet and choose "share tweet via...copy link to tweet" then paste the link right into the post. Something like that. I don't have my phone in front of me so it might not be exactly like that but pretty close.

I liked the actress but not really the character. They didn't know what they wanted to do with her. But, I wouldn't mind seeing if the new writers can give Theresa another go as a bad girl with a good heart.
