It's always hard for me at the beginning of the season to judge the dances on technique. I go more on the feel of the dance or if something stunk totally to high heaven. Ron Artest--eh. He did totally remind me of Dennis Rodman, a cheap knock-off at that. Rob Kardashian--I doubled over in laughter at him saying he was trying to get out from his sisters' shadows and do his own thing because really...Kim has already done Dancing. And I laughed even harder during the commercial that had the other sister and her hubby hocking pistachios....way to get out from under their shadows, there buddy. Overall, his dance wasn't great, but his charm, for lack of a better word, wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Kristin--it was okay. Annabelle loves that song so my attention was more focused on Annabelle's dancing than the TV. I'm really getting tired of Mark Ballas routines. They start looking the same after awhile. Chynna--Loved it. I'm a closet Wilson Phillips fan, so yeah there's that. But she did impress me. Nancy--eh. I told my hubby, "man, she looks rough without makeup". He said, her dance was just as bad. Ouch. David--loved that Courtney and their daughter were there for him. I loved that he was talking about his daughter after the dance and the camera caught both of them in a moment where Courtney is telling her that her daddy was talking about her. Cute. He did really good and I want him to keep doing well. Elisabetta--the bed stuff, I didn't get. Yeah, she's pretty and got a killer body, but she's got a long way to go to have any dance ability. Just not wild about her. Perhaps I'm just jealous that she was with George Clooney. Hope, yeah she's still athlete stiff but I wanted to make a snide comment when Carrie Ann commented about their body contact. Man, what I wouldn't do for some of that kind of contact with Maks. Yummy Maks....*sigh* Carson--the most fun dance of the night. I died laughing at his 'Jagger' moves. He is fun, but I don't think he'll last long. JR--did great and man, I agree DD, as much as I don't like Karina, I want to root for them. Ricki--not really memorable, but I'm so glad to see Derek Hough back. *sigh* Maybe he will balance out the inflated ego of Mark Ballas. Chaz--He can move better than Nancy Grace. I thought he did pretty good.

I died laughing when Carsen busted out the Jagger moves. I was trying to not wake up the baby I was laughing so hard.

Well, it would appear that my first pick of the season was wrong. Rob wasn't eliminated. They said he was in the bottom three, so I was close. RESULTS:Bottom three: Ron (aka - Meta World Peace), Rob, and Nancy Eliminated: Ron (aka - Meta)

Yeah he's a tool. I feel bad though cause I was reading that his daughter has some kind of fatal disease. I think it may be lukemia but don't quote me on that and he did this for her. She begged him to do it for her.
But seriously, who the heck names legally changes their name to Metta World Peace? Seriously? I think he must have smoked a lot of drugs in his life time. Either smoked them or did them. LOL

I feel sad for his daughter, but obviously they didn't practice all that much. I read somewhere that this year, they made an ammendment to the star agreement that removes the minimum required time in the studio. Do you remember Master P? His pro complained that they only spent 4 hours rehearsing and that's why he looked so bad. Most stars that look really good are practicing 6-8 hours PER DAY, every day. I have a feeling that Metta/Ron was the same as Master P.
Remember this?
Ok. Metta wasn't THAT bad, but pretty close.

At least he tried. It was more effort than Master P put in.

A one-legged cripple could put more effort into it than Master P.
(No offense to the one-legged folks out there)
