Such a fun night. Dinner came out great, perfect in fact. No leftovers though.  Had a couple beers and an Irish Coffee. That's a lot for me. Why aren't I sleeping. LOL. |

Leftovers for dinner tonight, but I improved on the original. Don't tell my hubby but I didn't like the recipe he used. He just read it used stout and that was it.

I hope everyone had a solid St. Patty Day. Kpatch yours sounded like fun. Mine started off turrible, like a bad nose job that headed south on an episode of Nip/Tuck! I rebounded with plan C and it shook-out great with our own cook-out. |
