Since I've never been a fan of reality shows, this is the first year in a long, long time (like more than a decade) that I'm excited about the new Fall Lineup. There are several new shows that have piqued my interest and I'm just curious which ones others are looking forward to seeing.
The ones on my list are: Terra Nova, Once Upon a Time, Revenge, Secret Circle, Ringer, Grimm, and American Horror Story.

I saw a commercial for "Once Upon a Time" the other night and my husband and I both agreed that it looked really good. We can't wait to watch it.
I will give Buffy a chance and watch "Ringer" out of loyalty, but I'll only keep watching if the story is good and if it doesn't conflict with anything else I already watch. DVR only tapes 2 shows at once. Dang it.

I'm a little worried about Ringer too, DD. I want to support Sarah Michelle Gellar and some of the previews seem interesting.... unfortunately some of the other previews don't look as promising. The review I read on it recommended watching but also predicts it won't last long because it is too "serious for the CW". Terra Nova is the new show that seems to be getting the most buzz and best reviews but that can be both a blessing and a curse - I plan to at least give it a shot. Grimm sounds really good - like a cross between Supernatural and the Dresden Files ... but it's on NBC, a network that is notorious for ruining a good thing, so fingers crossed that it lives up to the potential.
Once Upon a Time and Secret Circle both seem likely to do well - good fit for their time slots and networks. Revenge might get old but the premise (woman returns to the Hamptons to get revenge on the woman who killed her father) seems intriguing. I have no idea what American Horror Story is actually about but they've done a great job building my interest with the previews.
Fortunately, I like so few shows and most of the ones I do like run for very brief periods in odd seasons (i.e., Mad Men, Game of Thrones, True Blood, etc.) that I don't tend to run into DVR scheduling conflicts - if all of these turn out to be as good as I hope though, I may have a new, good "problem".

I haven't heard of any of these shows. What channels are they supposed to be on?
I am a CSI fan but I am not sure if I will like Ted Danson on there or not, so that may kill it for me. Other than that, I don't have a ton of shows that I watch anymore. I like more of the HBO Showtime shows. We did watch the Walking Dead and I am excited for the second season of that.

I've only heard of a few of those new shows. Wonder when my fall preview issue of TV Guide will arrive. I'm really looking forward to the new season of Gossip Girl. I love it even though I'm the age of the parents on the show. I'm probably not their target demographic. LOL

I myself have only heard of Terra nova & American Horror story..But sometimes I am reluctant to get involved in new shows. Too many I watched got cancelled:
examples : The Event, Invasion & Surface....& The 4400

No kidding!!! I'm almost afraid to watch anything new. Once I start caring about the characters, the dang show's been cancelled. Argh!!!
