As we all know this week Chad learns that Abby is "dead". After that he goes into a tailspin of grief and Jennifer with the help of Doug and Julie win the custody battle for Thomas. This comes from a pretty reliable source on another board, but Jesus. I can't believe Jennifer wins. Another search gave me celebdirty laundries spoiler's. I would like to say that their take is a little different. According to them. Chad is grieving for Abby and gives up on the case. Either way Jennifer supposedly wins. |

CDL is not a reliable source, so I would take anything said there with a huge grain of salt.
I think this story is supposed to go on until Abby returns. I doubt it will be settled any time soon.

You're right, heroicmuse. I don't think the new Abby shows up until December or January. Obviously, the writers want there to be a lot of tension between Jennifer and Chad for Abby to come home to. Then we'll either see her choose sides or try to smooth things over between everyone. I'm just wondering how she'll avoid being sent to prison or to another facility somewhere. |

Abby is supposed to return in the fall. But no month has been tied down yet. Celebd has always been a little shaky but the sources on the other board are usually okay. I'm hoping that it's not reliable because I will lose my mind. But we'll see.

I'd be very surprised if the case wraps up in the next few days before the Olympics hiatus begins. Jennifer hasn't even hired a lawyer yet.

The poster on that board paraphrased it from Celeb Dirty Laundry and that site is about just as reliable as DaysCafe. They both throw their speculation into already given spoilers. Billy has said in SOD that Chad gives up. Attachment Deleted |

Vanessa I saw that SOD article too however it doesn't say that Jen gets custody either. It's very vague about the actual custody part of it all... she might gain some rights to make decisions but I not solid on the idea she'll get custody mainly because even with Doug and Julie's help I see lawyers not easily taking her case.
