Hmmm so is Victor really complicit or does Brady just suspect he is. I hope Nicole says yes to Deimos. I'd rather see Deimos with her than with Chloe. Thanks Vanessa!

Friday is the only day that sounds good. But I'm confuesed... "Kate moves out of the mansion" on Friday, 7/22? Deimos kicked her out this week. So does that mean she moves back in for a few days? Ah, who cares? Deimos and Nicole's scenes should be interesting!

You this right here is why JPL is being written out. He's never on. I may not like his Philip but they never really gave him a chance to grow on me. Other than that I'm interested to see how the Deimos story builds up.

Rereading the spoilers for this week, I'm not sure if I'm going to watch today's episode or not. I just don't care about Summer/Brady/Theresa or Rafe/Hope, and I certainly don't want to see more of Julie. *Sigh* I'll watch Thursday because "Hope has a medical crisis" and I always like seeing her suffer. And I'll watch Friday because Deimos is back!

Hope's already in a medical crisis IMO. It must get increasingly worse over the next three days.

I am so bored by Rafe and Hope and this whole story. I can't believe they're going to drag out this explosion thing as if there is ANY suspense at all. Does anyone really think they won't make it out? Why is the writing for these two so bad? I swear that long ago I did see some chemistry between them but now I just cringe at how forced everything seems in their story.

It looks like I have nothing better to do today, so I guess I'll listen to the show in the background while I play a video game. I plan to do my grocery shopping tomorrow when Days of our Lives becomes "A Boring Hour of Rafe."

I think there was early chemistry between Rafe and Hope. I remember the scene where they talked about Rafe helping young Ciara with ice skating. There was a real family feel. I wish the writers had just let the relationship develop organically. Maybe it would just end up being a close friendship or a respectful working relationship. What I found highly offensive was Bo handing Hope off to Rafe. Who does that? Hope is a grown woman who can make her own decisions. That move killed any interest I had in a Hope/Rafe love story.
I'm looking forward to the Maggie/Julie scene - that is a friendship I really like.

I'm looking forward to the Maggie/Julie scene - that is a friendship I really like. That is exactly the scene I was talking about. After that scene where they were talking about the ice skating I felt the exact same way. It just seemed like Rafe was sort of a father figure to Ciara. This may be yet another way that SORAS'ing Ciara had a negative impact. When they made her a teenager Rafe had almost no contact with her. With the younger actress it was a cute teasing relationship. And I agree they should have let Rafe and Hope progress naturally from there. I don't know if I was offended by the Bo thing as a woman so much as offended as a viewer. To me it was as if the writers were trying to tell the audience, "Okay Bo gave Rafe his stamp of approval so that means you have to as well, no matter how poorly we do our job."
