When I went grocery shopping today, Publix had gorgeous displays of Mexican-themed foods today. So I was inspired to make a Thai Mexican meal tonight, even though it's not May 5th yet.
Anyone doing anything special for Cinco de Mayo?

We are going to Monica's school for fine arts night. Choir, band, and orchestra will be performing.
I'll have to settle for a margarita at home.

Publix? Oh NO, Kpatch are you a fellow Floridiot? A long, long time ago this was a great place, but not anymore. Everything has changed, everything!

Ted Bell, well I don't consider myself a Floridiot, but yes, I live in Florida and shop at Publix, where shopping is a pleasure. LOL. And everything has changed everywhere, not just here.

I came back in tonight to apologize if I offended you by calling you a Floridiate. Again I am sorry!

I can use a drink right now. Me too Kpatch. I think the watermelon margarita bucket in my freezer is calling my name.

I had a chicken quesadilla for lunch. Unfortunately it wasn't accompanied by a margarita.

Hubby and I are catching up on what's on the DVR and sipping margaritas and doing a lot of giggling.
