Well Hope, just because you had some problems and served some time in the pokey doesn't mean you have to forgive EJ Manson, oops, I mean EJ DiMera....I don't like that she smiled at EJ having breakfast with his son and told Julie, upon her comment that even a Grizzly Bear protects their young, it's harder to judge someone when you have a rap sheet of your own...or such, I'm paraphrasing.....regardless of what you did or didn't do Hope, EJ still has done evil things and should not be given a free pass because of your "rap sheet"....and guess what Hope, while you were sitting there smiling at him warmly, he was over there manipulating his young son into being afraid of his stepfather.......yeppers, I certainly wouldn't want to sit in judgement of that  |

You took the words right out of my mouth, PAllison. An old French philosopher once stated that "Ignorance is the soul of bliss." Perhaps it is easier, in Salem, to pretend bliss while remaining ignorant, or at least naive. Sorry Hope...open those eyes of yours! You know EJ better.  |

Hope has been weird like that. I expect next thing we'll see is her being sweet to Nicole, which would almost make me think there was a doppleganger Hope. ;D

I agree about Hope, but it's hard for me to blame her too much when Caroline is still letting the guy into her pub to have breakfast at all. My grandmother wouldn't have had so much as a civil word for a man who did something as relatively mild as cheat on one of her granddaughters.... no need to repeat all that EJ has done to Caroline's children and grandchildren yet again when we all know the very long list of felonies ... but Caroline should have poisoned that monster years ago.

No kidding. I sort of get her anger at Victor for their little tryst years ago. I don't get why she's not mad as heck or wasn't determined to switch Sami's paternity tests.
Hmm...maybe that could be the redeeming thing. Since Sami had tests to originally say they were Lucas' and then revealed that Johnny was EJs, maybe she accidentally switched the tests a long time ago and Johnny really is Lucas' son!

I didn't think they were at the pub..........Looked like they were at the Java Cafe (maybe) or someplace new. It looked more like a coffee shop/ice cream shoppe/bakery. Wow! Those stores in Salem really can mulit-task.

They were at the front of the Java Cafe sitting on those couch style chairs. EJ/Chad/Johnny were sitting at higher up tables...
