Yeah, I did see that in the previews...that is kind of lame...but then again, it could have been just for drama....I was hoping maybe he had something planned for her, like a surprise and this was just to add drama for us, the viewers. Or make us want to tune in next week. I cannot imagine he wouldn't get her something for her bday. Any man to do that is totally lame. NO offense to any woman out there who has a man like that LOL

I'm pretty confident it's careful editting. Brandon is awesome. I seriously doubt he'd forget something as big as her bday.

LOL I think that would happen in most cases. Those eyes are something beautiful that's for sure.

Yes the 2nd episode was so good I wanna first comment on Kirsten Storms I really feel for her I did not know she had so many problems how could her parents just desert her like that. I felt even worse when her brother was leaving and she started crying I wanted to give her a big hug and say "everything will be ok". I always said I didn't like her now I feel so bad because she's such a sweet person and she's been through so much. I know she hasn't been on GH for a while I hope she isn't leaving. When it comes to Kelly's life I would not wanna trade places with her. Although her lifestyle is great and gets to be married to Steve Burton onscreen but her life seems pretty lonely. I felt so sorry for her when she was in her wedding dress and she was crying because her character was getting married before her but hopefully she'll find her someone special. My girl Nadia has DRAMA I don't know why her mother doesn't like Brandon he's super gorgeous and he loves her daughter. But it sure entertaining to watch! I can't wait to see next weeks episode I know Farah and John Paul are gonna break up

This week's episode brought back painful times from my past. My mother in law is very much like Nadia's mom and JP's mom. I think it was probably played up for the cameras but I can very much see it as real. My mother in law has been horrible to me and never thought I was good enough for her son. I have also witnessed her treating her daughter's boyfriends/husbands the same way.

I enjoyed reading everyone's comments - I wanted to see how others perceive this show. I'm not watching because a) I strongly dislike reality shows in general, and b) Nadia is the only one on that show I actually like or care about. I don't dislike Kirsten, Kelly or Brandon, I just don't care about them, but I do not like Farah Fath at all and haven't since her Days days. She is a total bitch and not just on the show or with other actors. She is a bitch to fans. Just a year or so back, she started a big internet fight with some on another soap site because they were routinely criticizing her poor acting skills and rightly so IMO - she sucks. During that fight some things came out publicly that I had known about for years about the way that Farah treated fans when she was still on Days, including an incident when she ridiculed a scrapbook that fans of Rex & Mimi had given her. Farah actually had the nerve to reply to that and claim it was untrue - she's a liar on top of being a bitch because I know the person who had the experience and knew of that story way back when it happened. I never liked Farah or Mimi after that and she has only gotten worse as an actress since going to OLTL. I have no respect for JPL because he is so much up her butt and he can't act either.
As for the Gerings, I have no respect for them either now that they've chosen to air their family issues to the world and drag others into it. I know that these shows are heavily scripted but that doesn't change the fact that the scripts are following rumors and perceptions that already exist about them. It doesn't matter whether those things are true or not, people believe what they believe based on very little fact so why would anyone willingly choose to participate in a show that you know is going to further promote those things about your family. There is a rumor that persists to this day that Jenna found Galen and Mackenzie Westhouse doing more than rehearsing and that is what led to the split between their characters and JER vowed to never reunite them because of it. So if you already have a reputation for being unfaithful and your wife already has a reputation for being jealous and insecure (quite possibly with very good reason), why would you agree to act that out and further gel that idea in the heads of your fans and critics? The money can't be that good.... and on top of it, who would want to involve their own kids in that mess? I don't get it but at least that's their own decision to make. What really bothers me as a longtime fan of Alison Sweeney's is the way that she gets brought into this when it wasn't her decision (and without her even getting a paycheck out of it).... and just to make sure it was clear who Galen and Jenna are fighting about, they have the kid refer to her as "Ben's mom" so now it not only includes Ali but her children as well. On top of which, Ali is supposedly friends with Galen and Jenna. It's not like Jenna is raving about some unknown actress, she is implying that someone who is supposed to be her friend is a homewrecker. I would be extremely disappointed in "friends" who chose to participate in a public project that they knew was in direct contrast with the public image I had been working my butt off to protect since the age of 16.

I wouldn't want my kids to be on a reality show. I wouldn't let them watch their dad on tv kissing other women either. I think it's fine for the actors who don't have children if they choose to participate.

Me neither. The kids wouldn't be involved and if I was Jenna, they darn well wouldn't be watching Days to see their Dad kissing "Ben's mom"
