When I'm at work I usually go to msn.com to check the news during the day and I was kind of suprised this morning to see that one of the little headlines at the top under popular searches was "soap star leaving show," and it was a story about KM. Maybe it's because they are connected with NBC. I didn't really think it was that big of news. I didn't think so either, but it also was one of the top trending news stories on Facebook the other day.

I am really shocked! I don't like to read spoilers, but I figured this one was about an actress leaving a role who didn't really get much air time. I guess the character of Adrienne comes to mind.
But I definitely thought Chad/Abby would be the "it couple" for however long the show lasts. I am not sure how many super couples have survived recasts. So maybe this will be the end of Chabby, especially as Chad is already a recast? Who knows?

I hope they recast. Maybe Abigail will have to go to Ireland for awhile to check on her inheritance and return a new woman.

I hope they recast. Maybe Abigail will have to go to Ireland for awhile to check on her inheritance and return a new woman. Interesting idea to revive the Ireland inheritance idea, that would be smart writing, but unfortunately not what I have come to expect from this writing team.
Plus, I do wonder about the success of recasts of "super couples." Abby has already been played by 2 actresses, one of whom was played opposite the Chad character previously, with another Chad actor. And Chad is already on a second actor as well. So now if we do have an Abby recast we would be on Abby 3.0 and I guess Chabby 3.0 (a second Chad and a third Abby). At this point, they may hit their limit at the number of allowable successful recasts for this pairing. I don't know.
