We won't be going out and Ron will probably be asleep long before the Times Square ball is even shown, but I'm used to that by now. I'll probably make a fun dinner and we can toast the new year early.

We always babysit the quads on New Year's Eve so that my sister and her husband can go out with my cousin and her husband. After they're in bed we will watch a movie and watch the ball come down at midnight. I'm glad this year I'm not working New Year's Day as that would mean getting up at 5 AM!

It will be a quiet New Years Eve for us. I bought steak for dinner and I'm sure there will be some snacks through out the evening.

Happy New Years Eve everyone!!!
Tonight I will be ringing in the new year with a group of friends that I've gotten closer too throughout the year. We will be up at my grandma's house that my mom bought so we have more than enough room to have everyone over. We are going to have a bonfire, grilling out, and I have a feeling that a Nerf war will break out before all is said and done. It's all adults so who knows how that one will turn out! At least once I get there, I'm there for the night.

I think it's supposed to rain here, as it has all week. I'm not sure I'm going to do anything other than stay home warm and dry.
Usually a friend and I will meet at Dillards early the next morning for their big New Year's Day sale. It's absolute madness but you can get some good deals. We will probably do that again. It's becoming a tradition.

I'm making an onion quiche for dinner. Wish me luck. Pie crusts are not my thing. It's in the oven now. I hope it's doing what it's supposed to be doing.

I'm finally enjoying electricity and heat. It will be the first night all four of us have been together under one roof since Sunday. I'll probably be doing laundry tonight.
