The Force Awakens was great. I was completely shocked by that too UhSir. My husband and I both like Empire Strikes Back best. All four of us are eagerly anticipating seeing Rogue One in the theater. |

So this new movie is a "filler" kind of thing? I read it takes place between Eps 3 and 4.
I'm kind of confused.

UhSir, I wouldn't necessarily say "filler". It's not an official "episode", more another story set in the Star Wars universe. Yes, it is set between 3 and 4, and has to do with the creation and infiltration of the first Death Star (which isn't a spoiler, they show this in the trailers). It is supposed to take place almost immediately before Episode 4. Hope this helps!

We watched episodes 1 - 4 yesterday on our way home from South Carolina. I still can't believe Carrie Fisher passed away. It's going to be bittersweet watching her in episode 8 next December.

Finally saw Rogue One this morning! It was so good! I particularly enjoyed... The way they CGI'd Governor Tarkin into the film. ...as well as all of the other little nods to the other films. It was awesome! |

It was 40 years my boyfriend died. We were going to see Star Wars and he never showed up. Turned out he was killed in a motorcycle crash. Hard to believe, wow 40 years!
