I liked Johnny & Carly's scenes today.... and I loved the ones between Luke & Lulu. My favorite line was Lulu telling Luke she wants him to be him too but that he's better with Tracy .

I am totally enjoying this new Johnny storyline and really like seeing Johnny and Carly together. The writers are doing a real good job with this stuff but I have a bad feeling that when the new writers take over that alot of this stuff is going to end up being dropped so that all the OLTL people can take over GH and turn it into OLTL.

I really liked the Luke and Lulu scenes too and it was great to have Luke finally see that Lulu needs him.

I am really getting sick of Sonny and Kate. I just wish that the writers would just let them be together and just ride out of Port Charles for awhile so that I don't have to watch any more of their scenes.

Maxie is still really annoying me right now.

The only thing remotely positive about Sonny and Kate is that they are almost always together so that makes it easy to FF their scenes without them invading scenes with characters I do like. The thing about Sonny is that I can tolerate him at times and it's not his being a crime lord that bothers me so much as his constant whining and finger pointing. Sonny can be an interesting arch villian so long as there is a Theo or Keifer in town .... or a Jax to call on him on his BS, but without them, I spend every second that I'm not FFing his scenes, telling him to suck it up already and grow a pair. ... And Kate .... Kate has nothing to offer as a character anymore - she used to be believable as a strong, independent business woman but now she just looks like a blustering fool in any of her business scenes because she spends the rest of her onscreen life being Sonny's latest lap dog.

Today was an annoying episode - no Johnny, no Luke, just Matt, Maxie, Kate, Sonny, that new psychiatrist (who I highly suspect is the one attacking the strippers) ... and that obnoxious new kid making fun of my Molly! Okay so I'm probably being oversensitive about the kid, Molly held her own quite well today so there's some potential there. He might not turn out to be such a pain in the long run ... but Molly is by far my favorite so criticizing her is not the way for a new character to win me over.

I saw a post today saying that Rick Springfield is returning as Noah Drake .... I don't know for how long, maybe just temporarily during Robin's storyline but I would love for it to be longer. It also sounds like there is a possibility that Jack Wagner could return to GH as Frisco!

I saw that tidbit about Rick Springfield too over on the Daytime Royalty board earlier today and the article said that he would be back for a few episodes to interact with his son Patrick. Here is a link to the article talking about his return.

I would so very much love it if Jack Wagner came back to GH. I thought he was working on Bold and Beautiful right now. Frisco was always one of my all time favorite GH characters and his pairing with Kristina Wagner/Felicia made Frisco and Felicia my all time favorite GH couple. It would be so great to have Frisco come back to Port Charles and have Maxie be able to deal with why Frisco walked out on his family right after Georgie was conceived. I think it would be great if Frisco and Maxie finally got a chance to have a father/daughter relationship with each other.


I also saw over on the DR website that Ronnie is going to end up being the one behind the attacks on the strippers. Today's episode of GH really annoyed the hell out of me because of all the Sonny and Kate that was on it. Everytime I start to warm up a little bit towards them as a couple the writers have to go and make Sonny act like a real jerk toward her. I have a feeling that Kate is still not telling Sonny the truth about who she is meeting. I have a feeling that she is meeting with Jax to tie up some lose ends so that he can finally leave Port Charles behind him. I did like the scenes though with Coleman, Mac, Alexis, and Diane. I wish that the show would do more stuff like that between these four. I really want to see Mac and Alexis have a real relationship but I am starting to get a feeling that the waters are being tested between Shawn and Alexis to see if they would make a good couple.

He's leaving B&B and apparently that is where the speculation started from that maybe he will be asked back to GH. I wasn't watching GH when Felicia and Frisco were one but I've heard very good things. There are a few at a Lumi site I visit who discuss GH and are big fans of Felicia & Frisco.

Who is Ronnie? Is that the creepy new psychiatrist?

I really enjoy Diane and Alexis' friendship .... and they are especially fun with Coleman in the mix... so to get Mac too sounds like a Must See episode!

Ronnie is that one detective who is a childhood friend of Dante's. I'm glad that they are getting ready to write him off the show since I have never liked the character. Now I wish that we could get rid of that new psychiatrist Ewen also.

LOL, yeah obviously I have no attachment to Ronnie since I had completely forgotten his name. ... But I still don't trust that psychiatrist either - thanks for telling me his name, I guess I was hoping he would be gone before I had need to learn it.

The Diane/Alexis/Mac/Coleman scenes were fun ... and John York is a hunk! Who knew he was hiding that physique under all the layers of clothes he usually wears. I've always liked his eyes and Mac's family focus but Alexis is crazy if she's not interested in dating him now.

I really wish that the show would just put Mac and Alexis together as a couple since they would definitely make one of the more interesting couples on the show. I think Coleman and Diane could make for an interesting couple too.

I just read a rumor posted on the daytime royalty website that Maurice Bernard/Sonny is going to be leaving the show at the end of May. I really hope that this is true. I really need a break from seeing Sonny all the time.

I hope that rumor is true too, nothing against the actor but the character has dominated the show for way too long.

I just saw a spumor posted over on the daytime royalty board that says that Dante is going to end up being murdered. I really hope that this isn't true since I have been starting to really like Dante a lot more lately. I would much rather see Sonny be killed instead.

Me too! I like Dante. He's a good guy but still interesting and believable - that's a really hard balance to achieve on a soap and especially when it all comes together in an actor that is both attractive and talented. GH really needs to try holding on to a few fan faves if they would like to still have a cast worth tuning into for the finale.

I keep seeing all these rumors about some more older characters that maybe coming back to the show. As happy as I am to have some of my favorite characters from the 80's and 90's back, I don't want to see TPTB get rid of some of the more newer characters just to bring back some of the older characters. I want to see a balance of old and new characters. There have been quite a few new characters from the past few years like Dante and Matt that I have started to grow to like. I also hate that Robin is leaving the show just as her parents are coming back to Port Charles to stay. I also want to see characters like Mac and Alexis get a chance at a real romance and even Johnny and Carly. What I really don't want to see is characters from OLTL coming on the show and taking over. I heard that there may be a few more OLTL characters that could be being brought on to GH.

I really loved a lot of the adventure storylines that GH used to do in the 80's and 90's and wouldn't mind if they attempted to redo some of them with the kids of the characters that had the adventures first. Dante and Lulu would be perfect to have a Luke and Laura type adventure. I also would love to see the Quartermaine family resurrected again. If TPTB really want to bring back an older character then they should try to get Wally Kurth from Days and bring him back as Ned to run ELQ again. Days is wasting WK right now so the timing would be perfect for GH to steal him from Days. At least GH would use him.

I still don't like Matt but he's not at the top of my list for characters I would like to see gone - I'm all for Sonny and Kate leaving, that would seem to free up money for a few vet returns... and if KS doesn't return as Maxie soon, they can ship that character off for a while too, along with Ewen, Maggie and Cassandra.

I really don't want the OLTL characters either. I didn't like OLTL for a reason and 3 of the characters they are bringing to Port Charles are 3 of the main reasons (Starr, Blair, and John McBain) ... Roger Howarth is welcome and if they would bring that man who played Clint, I could deal with that... there are few others of that older set that are good but the rest of the under 40 crowd suck as actors. After seeing what Tomlin and his Passions recruits did to Days, I'm dreading the very idea of OLTL writers coming to GH, much less bringing along *their* OLTL faves.
