Wow, there have been a TON of storylines on Breaking Ties. Writing the poll made me aware of how much has actually gone on this year!
What were your top three favorite storylines of everything that's aired so far?

I forgot about Bev. We haven't seen her in a while.
In addition to JJ/Paige, her kidnapping, and Philip and Chloe's reunion, I'm enjoying the reunion between Philip and Parker. I didn't choose Parker's illness only because I don't "enjoy" a child being ill, per se, but it's so well written and fullsome, and his operation made me feel like I was in the OR with him. I enjoyed the writing and story for that. So if I could choose a fourth option, it would be Parker's illness.

I forgot about Bev. We haven't seen her in a while. . Bev will be back after Thanksgiving. She kind of got backburnered -- I'll blame those cops who were bothering JJ. LOL I enjoy writing all the Philip/Chloe/Daniel/Parker stuff a lot, as I'm sure you can tell  |

I think Philip got a raw deal, honestly -- he should have been a co-parent rather than being cut out altogether, after raising Parker for the first two years of his life (I borrowed some of the backstory from your Phloe series, I don't care for the way Philip became a non-entity on the show and was not even contacted about his half-brother's death this week.) It's really funny how my perspectives change as I write, too. Originally I was planning on Philip getting annoyed enough with Daniel to want Chloe to have full custody of Parker, then all of a sudden he decided to declare a truce for Parker's sake when I wasn't looking. LOL |
