Thanks for the pix and vid. I guess they were trying to make Philip into a real bad boy so he could be redeemed by the love of a good woman.
And I agree Delina that the teen years were the best written Phloe story. I am still amazed by how fully they were written and that they were written as teens. The teens were relatable, rather than hateable. Sometimes it seems like the writers are really self conscious about writing the teen stories and they try too hard and miss the mark. But these kids really seemed like kids and their problems didn't seem manufactured. They seemed like real teenage angst mixed with crazy parent stories. We really got to live within a budding relationship from start to finish and it was believable and you really felt the emotions. It was a beautiful story, one of the best and most complete stories Days has ever told.

jkjpatch- I absolutely agree.That's why I loved Chloe,she was such a relatable teen.Every girl goes through the awkward stage and Nadia did it beautifully.The story of an awkward social outcast coming into her own and wowing the boy she had a crush on already was amazing.This is why I don't want them back under the current writers regime.God only knows what would happen to Philip and Chloe.At least if they come back,they'll now be under the new writers regime.The new team sounds more promising.

I would love to see a Philip and Chloe story written by the new writers. I truly wish that I had recorded at least some of the wonderful teen story they shared.

It would be interesting to see where the writers take them,with the writing taking a "step back in time",we may actually get who Chloe really is and who Philip really is.

There's lots of Last Blast videos on youtube. I watched all of the videos for the first last blast. They aren't Phloe specific, they show the whole dance.

Philip's complete turn around during the first last blast was fantastic,lol.I LOVED how dorky he sounded when he pulled her aside after she revealed the red dress,lol.

Fluffy: when I referred to last blast I didn't necessarily mean that specific storyline. I just kind of referred to them all as the last blast teens the entire time the original teens were on the show.
